Meditation


Meditation is letting go of external circumstances, turning off the conscious intellect, so to speak. It is very important to have concretely visualized and defined a goal in advance so that this image can be transferred.


The point is to give the subconscious a solution (I want) or to ask the UB for a solution (give me a hint, you know what I need).
 

Meditation is therefore to be understood as a tool to achieve my goal.
 

At the beginning there is the objective:

  • what should be

  • as who do I meditate, as who do I want to go through life?

  • what is the goal of my feeling?

  • who do I want to feel like?

  • which key property should be achieved?


This radiation, this answer is the message to creation, to the subconscious. In doing so, go into gratitude, see the goal in front of your eyes. "I have already". Floating through, sending out, giving and receiving this feeling during meditation.


Now it is important to visualize the breathing. Focus your thoughts on your breathing. Inhaling should be concentrated in the abdomen, thoughts should be directed there. From there into the pelvic shell. Distribute the exhalation into all cells through the heart. Guide your thoughts to the place where you breathe. The breath should be sent to all parts of the body.


Background information
Electrical oscillations arise in the brain as the neurons communicate with one another. It is important to know at what stage the subconscious is most accessible. The brain frequency should be in the alpha or at best even in the theta phase.

 

Overview of the individual phases:

  • Delta phase: 0.5-4 Hz; Deep sleep phase, body recovers

  • Theta phase: 4-7 Hz; Trance state, hypnosis, deep meditation  or very receptive. The subconscious is sensitive and easy to influence

  • Alpha phase: 7-13 Hz; inward attention, high concentration

  • Beta phase: 13-32 Hz; the attention is directed outwards

  • Gamma phase: 40 Hz; caused by external stimuli

The higher the frequency, the more hectic and stressed the person feels.


Preparation & Prana

A meditation must be well prepared. The place should always be the same. It  should be carried out in the sitting position, as the energy connection is via the  Prana canal to mother earth and cosmic heaven should come about.  The prana canal is a chain of energy lights that runs inwards along the spine  is directed. From the lowest vertebra it moves like a ladder to the top one  Vortex along.


Prana is the divine energy, the compressed totality of energy. Prana helps  to gain access to the subconscious.


Breathing

This energy is inhaled simultaneously with the mother via the luminous cord  Connected to earth and connected to the universe via the back of the head.  So breathe in from below, from the inside of the earth, and breathe out through the heart. Likewise from  Breathe down at the top and exhale through the heart. Then this is another stage  simultaneous inhalation (from below and from above) and into every cell of the body  exhale.

Imagination journey

There are different introductory journeys with the aim of descending (stairs, meadow or counting or parachute, cloud, water did not work properly for me or I found it difficult). Another option is to wander through the chakra spaces, so to speak, a color meditation that goes through all shades (root-red, sacral-orange, belly-yellow, heart-green, neck-blue, forehead-violet, crown-purple)

 

The idea that is most accessible to me is as follows: the energy has its center below the belly button, the subconscious is in the pelvic area. The energy is a ball of light that flows heavily downwards.

 

The flow of energy is the connection between the ball moving along the prana cord, the chakra line, and the idea that the pores are opening, radiating out of the body. The body is permeable, energies flow as waves or balls. Breath is light, is energy. The idea should be that all cells are made of light, that breathing is a source of energy. Transferring contact to the subconscious & pictures. The contact to the subconscious is always there. I trust I got. Full of gratitude, I send and receive my target images, I give and receive, I feel the flow. The subconscious is the confidence, the feeling

of trust.


Summary

Let the ball of light wander:

A radiant sphere travels through the body, along the prana line.

Sends and radiates energy and light. From the root and sacral chakra to the  Crown chakra


Limitless:

Open all pores, emit light, connect without contours with the  all-encompassing energy. Environment disappears, no borders


Weightless:

Body becomes weightless, weightless
